Helpful Info for the Oct. 18-20, 2019 Show

An Affair of the Heart shows are a privately owned juried arts, crafts and boutiques show. The show office headquarters is located in Oklahoma City, Okla., where the show originated in 1985.

Below is a list of information commonly inquired about for the Oct. 18-20, 2019 show.

Show days and hours are:
Friday, Oct. 18
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 19
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 20
11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

FLAGSHIP SHOW This is our flagship show featuring about 600 unique vendors in 1200 booths occupying the Bennett Event Center, Centennial Building and Pavilion at the State Fair Park.

Admission is a one-time fee of $10 with unlimited re-entries throughout the weekend. Kids 12 and under get in free. Tickets can be purchased at the gates for cash or charge.

Discounts:

Venue/Parking:
The October show will take place in the Bennett Event Center, Pavilion and Centennial buildings at the State Fair Park. Parking at the State Fair Park is free. There will also be valet parking service available as well as shuttles.

Animals:
NO PETS are allowed except for clearly identified and certified service animals.

Mothers’ Room:
There is a space inside the Bennett Event Center available for nursing and pumping.

Scooter/wheelchair rental:
There are no scooters or wheelchairs available at the show. If the use of a wheelchair is paramount, we recommend renting from Mobility Living by calling (405) 672-7237.

Finding a Vendor:
Vendors are listed on our mobile site at AAOTH.com/map, but contact information is only available for those vendors who provided it. It is difficult to find vendors after the show if you do not have their booth name or number. We highly recommend getting vendor business cards and/or info from any vendors you visit at the show and especially those you purchase from. If you’re looking for a vendor after the show, you can search the interactive show map on our mobile site, or use the show program you’ll receive at the door.

Becoming a Vendor:
You can find all the information about becoming a vendor, including fees and the online jury app, here. We are always accepting jury applications, but space in each show fills according to demand. Some popular categories, like jewelry and clothing, will fill faster than other categories.
