Helpful Info for the July 16-18 Show

An Affair of the Heart shows are a privately owned juried arts, crafts and boutiques show. The show office headquarters is located in Oklahoma City, Okla., where the show originated in 1985.

Below is a list of information commonly inquired about for the July 16-18, 2021 show.

Show days and hours are:
Friday, July 16
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Saturday, July 17
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, July 18
11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Location The July 2021 show will take place at the River Spirit Expo at Expo Square.

Admission is a one-time fee of $10 with unlimited re-entries throughout the weekend. Kids 12 and under get in free. Tickets can be purchased at the gates for cash or charge.

Advanced tickets can be purchase when online sales open (approximately one month before the show; link will be available here and through the Facebook event page).

Parking at the River Spirit Expo at Expo Square is free, however, due to grounds Improvement projects there is some construction around the Golden Driller on the south side of the River Spirit Expo building. The south doors and sidewalk are still available for use. But Gates 2 and the Administrative Office Gate entrance are closed. Please see the map here. There will be no shuttles as part of our COVID-19 precautions and valet parking is suspended due to construction. You can see our entire response plan here.

NO PETS are allowed except for clearly identified and certified service animals.

Scooter/wheelchair rental:
There are no scooters or wheelchairs available at the show. If the use of a wheelchair is paramount, we recommend renting from Sooner Mobility by calling (918) 663-6800.

Finding a Vendor:
Vendors are listed on our mobile site at AAOTH.com/map, but contact information is only available for those vendors who provided it. It is difficult to find vendors after the show if you do not have their booth name or number. We highly recommend getting vendor business cards and/or info from any vendors you visit at the show and especially those you purchase from. If you’re looking for a vendor after the show, you can search the interactive show map on our mobile site, or use the show program you’ll receive at the door.

Becoming a Vendor:
You can find all the information about becoming a vendor, including fees and the online jury app, here. We are always accepting jury applications, but space in each show fills according to demand. Some popular categories, like jewelry and clothing, will fill faster than other categories.
