Braum’s An Affair of the Heart shows are a privately owned juried arts, crafts and boutiques show. The show office headquarters is located in Oklahoma City, Okla., where the show originated in 1985.

Admission is a one-time fee of $10 with unlimited re-entries throughout the weekend.
Kids 12 and under get in free.
Advanced tickets can be purchase through the venue’s website here. Use code “HEART2020” for a $1 discount. Advanced ticket holders will enter the show through a separate line.
The First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow sponsors a mothers’ lounge area located on the north west side of the River Spirit Expo building.
Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Store is our 2020 title sponsor. You can redeem Braum’s receipts to get a free ticket to the show until Friday, July 3. Complete details are available on our “Get A Free Ticket” page here.
Parking at Expo Square is free. Shuttles will be available to transport shoppers to and from their vehicles. Valet parking is also available by the south doors (by the Golden Driller) for $10.
No pets are allowed except for clearly identified and certified service animals.
The venue has a limited number of wheelchairs and can’t guarantee availability upon your arrival, so if the use of a wheelchair is paramount, we recommend renting from Sooner Mobility by calling (918) 663-6800.
Finding a Vendor:
Vendors are listed on our mobile site here, which also includes an interactive show map. However, contact information is only available for those vendors who provided it. It is difficult to find vendors after the show if you do not have their booth name or number. We highly recommend getting vendor business cards and/or info from any vendors you visit at the show and especially those you purchase from. If you’re looking for a vendor after the show, you can search the mobile site, sorting by category and using the interactive map to try to locate the vendor.
Becoming a Vendor:
You can find all the information about becoming a vendor, including fees and the online jury app, here. We are always accepting jury applications, but space in each show fills according to demand. Some popular categories, like jewelry and clothing, will fill faster than other categories. If you’d like to know whether or not there is still space available in your product category, contact the show office at (405) 632-2652 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The River Spirit Expo at Expo Square will be outfitted with hand-sanitizing stations throughout the building; additional cleaning and disinfecting processes have been implemented; one-way aisles will be used to help with crowd control and social distancing; additional empty floor space has been allotted for throughout the show; and requiring masks for all vendors and staff and strongly encouraging attendees to also wear masks. Masks will be provided at the doors for anyone who doesn’t have one and would like one.
