An Affair of the Heart shows are a privately owned juried arts, crafts and boutiques show. The show office headquarters is located in Oklahoma City, Okla., where the show originated in 1985.

9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 17
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 18
11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Admission is a one-time fee of $10 with unlimited re-entries throughout the weekend.
Kids 12 and under get in free.
Advanced tickets can be purchase through the venue’s website here. Advanced ticket holders will enter the show through a separate line.
We partnered with Arby’s and Reasor’s to offer discounted tickets. If you have a Reasor’s Rewards Card, you can get $1 off admission by showing it at the door. $1 off coupons are also available at area Arby’s locations.

Parking at Expo Square is free. Shuttles will be available to transport shoppers to and from their vehicles. Valet parking is also available by the south doors (by the Golden Driller) for $10.
No pets are allowed except for clearly identified and certified service animals.
The venue has a limited number of wheelchairs and can’t guarantee availability upon your arrival, so if the use of a wheelchair is paramount, we recommend renting from Sooner Mobility by calling (918) 663-6800.
Finding a Vendor:
Vendors are listed on our website, but contact information is only available for those vendors who provided it. It is difficult to find vendors after the show if you do not have their booth name or number. We highly recommend getting vendor business cards and/or info from any vendors you visit at the show and especially those you purchase from. If you’re looking for a vendor after the show, you can search the vendor listing on our website, sorting by category and/or view the show program with map to try to locate the vendor.
Becoming a Vendor:
You can find all the information about becoming a vendor, including fees and the online jury app, here. We are always accepting jury applications, but space in each show fills according to demand. Some popular categories, like jewelry and clothing, will fill faster than other categories.
