If you have been an exhibitor at any An Affair of the Heart show in the past five years and selling the same product(s), you DO NOT have to fill out a new jury application. Simply call the show office at (405) 632-2652 or email shows@aaoth.com to request a contract(s) for the show(s) of interest. If you have new product(s), just email to get approval.

If you have never been an exhibitor at our show, please fill out the form below. PLEASE NOTE: this is not a contract for any of our shows. ALSO NOTE: An Affair of the Heart does not accept party-based or Independent Consultants and the “handcrafted lotions and soaps” category is FULL for the Tulsa 2018 shows.

Springfield, MO booth fees are:
8×10 booth = $300 (on sale for $150 for handmakers through 8/17/18!)
10×10 booth = $385
10×20 booth = $770
10×30 booth = $1,000
10×40 booth = $1,300 

Oklahoma City October shows:
10×10 booth = $475
10×20 booth = $850

Tulsa July and November shows and Oklahoma City February shows:
10×10 booth = $425
10×20 booth = $800

NEW SHOWS – Tulsa March and Oklahoma City June shows:
10×10 booth = $385
10×20 booth = $770
