An Affair of the Heart shows are a privately owned juried arts, crafts and boutiques show. The show office headquarters is located in Oklahoma City, Okla., where the show originated in 1985.

Location The November 2021 show will take place at the SageNet Center Expo (formerly River Spirit Expo) at Expo Square, 4145 E. 21st St.
Admission is a one-time fee of $10 with unlimited re-entries throughout the weekend. Kids 12 and under get in free. Tickets can be purchased at the gates for cash or charge.
Advanced tickets can be purchase through our website when ticket sales go live, approximately one month before the show. If you purchase tickets online and have any issues retrieving the tickets, please contact email@example.com.

Self-parking at the SageNet Center Expo at Expo Square is free. There will be no shuttles for this show as part of our COVID-19 precautions. You can see our entire response plan here. Valet parking is not available for this show.
NO PETS are allowed except for clearly identified and certified service animals.
There are no scooters or wheelchairs available at the show. If the use of a wheelchair is paramount, we recommend renting from Sooner Mobility by calling (918) 663-6800.
Finding a Vendor:
Vendors are listed on our mobile site at AAOTH.com/map, but contact information is only available for those vendors who provided it. It is difficult to find vendors after the show if you do not have their booth name or number. We highly recommend getting vendor business cards and/or info from any vendors you visit at the show and especially those you purchase from. If you’re looking for a vendor after the show, you can search the interactive show map on our mobile site, or use the show program you’ll receive at the door.
Becoming a Vendor:
You can find all the information about becoming a vendor, including fees and the online jury app, here. We are always accepting jury applications, but space in each show fills according to demand. Some popular categories, like jewelry and clothing, will fill faster than other categories.
